ZUMBA with Kristine Victoria Magnus!
At the Arts Fest this year you will be able to try out ZUMBA with Kristine Victoria. Kristine works at Ås Physiotherapy and Fitness Centre. She has been a registered instructor for Zumba (ZIN™) since June 2011, and holds classes for both children and adults. She loves Zumba! When you practice Zmuba you can expect to gain plenty of energy and improved health. It can even put you in a good mood!

This Latin-inspired dance training is one of the most popular group classes in the world. Dancing to salsa, flamenco and merengue music feels more like being at a dance party than a training, and that's what makes Zumba so popular.
These high-energy classes are set to lively music, with choreographed dance moves that you might see in a nightclub. You do not have to be a great dancer to feel at home in a Zumba class. With the tagline, "Ditch the Workout, Join the Party," the classes are all about getting fit in a fun way.
Zumba is a dance form with aerobics training program made by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. The name "Zumba" has no special meaning; It was made as a brand name. The original name was Rumbacize, a combination of tumba ("to party" in Spanish, and a musical style and dance name), and Jazzercize.
Saturday 25 May at abt 11:30-3.00pm Borggården / Ås kulturhus. Free entrance.
